I’m Mike Palanski - a social scientist who is dedicated to developing better leaders and organizations. I’m a pracademic - meaning I strive to combine the academic-oriented pursuits of teaching and research with the practice-oriented pursuits of writing, speaking, coaching, and consulting. I am a Professor of Management in the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. I teach classes in leadership, business ethics, and cross-cultural management. I am an active researcher in the area of leader development and business ethics. I’m known for my affability and dry sense of humor, both of which show up in my writing, speaking, coaching, and other collaboration.
